It offers the cutting-edge facilities of a big gym, with the attention and comfort of a boutique member’s lounge. From the moment you access THE FORM ROOM using the fingerprint entry you will understand this is no ordinary space.
The design has been carefully considered for comfort and privacy – an urban sanctuary to look forward to. There’s an emphasis on the finer details, from Wi Fi throughout, to fully provisioned bathrooms, to a full, high-end kitchen and lounge to prepare meals and enjoy post-workout nutritional smoothie or coffee.
During an initial no-obligation personal training session and bio-mechanic assessment, we’ll discuss your goals (and roadblocks), and the steps to take to achieve them.
Experience The Form Room by yourself, with a partner or as a private group of three or four. There is never more than four people at any one time ensuring you have a private experience.
If you decide THE FORM ROOM is for you, your dedicated personal trainer will create a bespoke programme: a flexible, values based nutrition plan (using our exclusive online app) which offers custom meals matched with tailored, functional training. Years ago, I suffered a bad head injury playing competitive sport. Relearning basic functions like balance, walking and motor skills meant no longer taking physical capability for granted. This personal evolution was also the catalyst for shifting my career path to something I was really passionate about – studying personal training.
The Form Room is a chance to help more people improve their self-esteem and quality of life, and show them what they’re truly capable of – emotionally and physically. When people gain the courage to do what truly makes them happy – it’s exciting that we can make that happen.

I’m a very passionate personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Creating bespoke, fully supported fitness plans that enable people to live well and feel healthy is the best motivation.
After suffering a serious ankle injury aged 14 (playing competitive sports) I was told I’d never run again. The operations and rehab that followed ignited a passion for weight training and understanding human anatomy. By training friends and family, I realised it’s possible to apply advanced exercise and nutritional information to achieve results in a fun, easy to understand and interactive way.
